About the role
The Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner will play a pivotal role in guiding workplace relations strategies and initiatives. This position involves providing expert advice, managing complex cases, and supporting the organisation in navigating workplace challenges effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on workplace relations matters
- Manage complex workplace relations cases, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement workplace policies
- Conduct training sessions for staff on workplace relations issues
- Monitor and report on workplace relations trends and issues.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in workplace relations and human resources
- Strong capability in managing complex workplace cases and negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support to stakeholders.
