About the role
The Workplace Relations Senior Advisor – Enterprise Agreements/Awards is a pivotal position within the organisation, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. This role is designed for a professional who can navigate complex workplace relations issues and provide strategic advice on enterprise agreements and awards. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organisation's approach to workplace relations during a critical period.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on enterprise agreements and awards to ensure compliance and alignment with organisational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective workplace relations strategies
- Conduct research and analysis on workplace relations trends and legislative changes
- Support negotiations and consultations with employee representatives and unions
- Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes and grievances
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in workplace relations, specifically in enterprise agreements and awards
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex workplace relations issues and develop strategic solutions
