About the role
The Workforce Officer position is newly established to facilitate effective workforce management within the organisation. This role demands a proactive individual capable of multitasking and managing stakeholder interactions efficiently. You will be responsible for processing requests, coordinating funding, and ensuring that documentation is clear and comprehensive for senior management review.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder inquiries and requests for workforce needs
- Collaborate with finance and other teams to organise funding for workforce initiatives
- Prepare and present information for weekly reviews, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness
- Assist with complex queries and provide administrative support within the HR context
- Maintain a high level of organisation in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in workforce management or HR administration within a government context
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and communication, particularly in managing diverse requests
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and prepare comprehensive documentation for senior management.
