About the role
The Workforce Development Business Partner is essential for facilitating training sessions and ensuring compliance with training requirements. This role involves coordinating training logistics and co-presenting courses, primarily focusing on child safety, respectful workplace practices, and professional boundaries. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders and contribute to the professional development of participants.
Key responsibilities
- Co-present training courses to groups of approximately 25 participants
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training plans
- Support the management of overdue training and compliance documentation
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a training or HR capacity, with a focus on compliance
- Strong capability in stakeholder management and coordination of training logistics
- Demonstrated ability to engage and present effectively to diverse audiences
