Join a highly regarded mid sized firm currently in a growth phase and have partnered with us exclusively across their locations. They are a full service firm who's client base includes a full scope of individuals and business clients.
About the role
This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients in the areas of wills, estates, and probate. You will contribute to drafting and amending wills, estate planning, and handling powers of attorney. Your responsibilities will evolve based on your experience, allowing you to either manage matters independently or work closely with a Senior Solicitor.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and amend wills and estate planning documents
- Manage powers of attorney and probate matters
- Collaborate with the Senior Solicitor and other paralegals
- Provide high-quality client support and legal advice
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in wills, estates, and probate law
- Strong capability in drafting legal documents and managing client matters
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
