The opportunity

Reporting to a highly experienced Head of HR, this exciting role will focus on providing operational HR support to the employe lifecycle – from recruitment / selection, compliance, onboarding / offboarding, training, projects, WHS, RTW, employee support as well as assisting with culture driven activities for the organization. Recently moved to a new purpose built facility - they have united all unite all divisions under one roof. With the move, you will be involved in supporting WHS and compliance efforts, ensuring a safe and seamless relocation process for both staff and equipment.

Selection criteria

• Completed HR Qualification coupled with proven WHS & HR experience generalist experience
• Reasonable understanding of regulatory environments and relevant frameworks, legislation and awards
• Interest in WHS / RTW
• Tech and system savvy – MS Office Suite
• Highly developed communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a safety conscious approach
