We’re partnering with a growing Sydney based business to recruit an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Team Supervisor. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing daily warehouse operations, freight coordination, and a small, capable team. If you enjoy ownership, pace, and improving processes, this role will suit you.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day to day warehouse activities
- Manage receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock accuracy
- Coordinate carriers, including Australia Post, and resolve freight issues
- Maintain import/export documentation and compliance
- Drive safety, process improvement and warehouse KPIs
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in warehouse and logistics roles
- Strong communication and team leadership
- Confident with inventory systems and shipping software
- Able to work independently in a fast moving environment
