As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the agriculture sector. Your expertise will guide customers in utilising our advanced spraying accessories and precision farming solutions, ensuring they achieve optimal productivity and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base in agriculture
Provide high-level technical expertise and support to customers, facilitating their understanding and effective use of our products
Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts in alignment with corporate planning schedules
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and sales teams to support product innovation and successful launches.
Skills & experience
Proven experience in agricultural sales, particularly with OEMs and distribution channels
Familiarity with agricultural sprayers, hydraulics, and precision electronics
Experience with ISOBUS and PWM Nozzle Application Systems is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.
