Work with a global pharmaceutical organisation that is seeking a team administrator for a temporary or permanent assignment starting asap.
This organisation are a leading brand with offices in multiple countries specialising in rare disorders.
The Role
In this role, you will be the main support to the sales and product team, taking responsibility for all organisational and administrative matters and assisting the team in achieving business targets efficiently and effectively.
Day-to-Day your main duties will include;
- Managing the team's logistics, flights, accommodation, and admin
- Event administration support- Documentation, correspondence and event coordination
- Team budget management and monitoring, including reviewing and reconciling requests and invoices and raising purchase orders
- Oversee and manage data management systems and procedures.
About you
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate;
- Previous admin experience at a senior/ advanced level, EA/ PA experience, or recruitment experience
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Proactive and comfortable in demonstrating your experience in high-volume work
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - both internal and external.
