The Opportunity
Working within a Specialist Professional Services recruitment team, you will partner with internal stakeholders across functions including Finance, Payroll, Legal, Governance, Compliance and Communications. As part of a broader Talent team, you'll manage a portfolio of vacancies while providing expert recruitment coordination, stakeholder support and candidate care throughout the entire hiring process. Candidates can expect a busy and varied role, with the team managing a high volume of recruitment activity across the university.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of professional services roles
- Partner with hiring managers to take recruitment briefs and develop sourcing strategies
- Draft and manage job advertisements
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
- Deliver exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Utilise LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify talent
- Provide advice and support to stakeholders on recruitment best practice
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required
About You
- You will bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
- Excellent administration and organisational capabilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Confidence working directly with hiring managers
- Experience using recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or similar platforms
- A proactive, calm and solutions focused approach
