About the Role
- Manage end to end recruitment across scientific, clinical, technical and corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies and workforce planning support
- Source and engage specialised talent in highly competitive markets
- Coordinate interview processes across multiple time zones
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
- Manage agency relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide recruitment reporting, market insights and process improvement recommendations
About You
- Previous recruitment experience within biotech, biopharma, pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors
- Proven in house Talent Acquisition experience managing recruitment from brief through to offer
- Strong understanding of scientific, clinical, quality, regulatory and technical talent markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, scaling environment
