Supply Chain Administrator | SAP
Barangaroo | 6 Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join a well-known global organisation based in Barangaroo.
Working as part of a collaborative Supply Chain team, this is a hands-on, transaction-heavy position where you will spend a significant portion of your day working within SAP.
We are looking for someone who is confident navigating SAP, comfortable with repetitive and high-volume transactional work and able to come in and hit the ground running.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing high volumes of sales orders through SAP
  • Completing stock transfers and other SAP transactions
  • Ensuring orders and inventory movements are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising closely with the company's third-party logistics provider
  • Working with internal Supply Chain and Customer Care teams
  • Responding to queries and resolving transactional or order-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and data within SAP
  • Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and other Office applications
  • Providing general administration support across the Supply Chain function
About You
The key requirement for this position is strong, hands-on SAP experience.
You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service or Logistics administration role
  • Strong SAP experience, particularly processing sales orders
  • Experience completing stock transfers or similar inventory transactions
  • The ability to confidently navigate SAP with minimal training
  • Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in a high-volume, transaction-focused environment
  • A personable and confident communication style
  • The ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to ask questions when required
