About the role
As a Store Manager, you will lead the team in a dynamic retail environment, ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve store objectives
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate ticketing
- Oversee staff rostering and performance management
- Conduct weekly reporting and maintain KPIs
- Foster a positive store culture through consistent communication
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and procedures
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics
- Strong capability in performance management and team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet store targets
