people2people have partnered with a global leader in innovative food processing and automation solutions. They specialise in the design, manufacture and servicing of equipment and technologies that support a wide range of industries. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Spare Parts Coordinator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. This is an initial 3-month contract with scope for permanency.
About the role
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys working across multiple teams, and can confidently manage the end-to-end coordination of spare parts in a service-driven environment.
  • Process and manage spare parts requests including quotes, orders, returns and delivery enquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests
  • Track all requests through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and communication
  • Liaise with supply chain and internal stakeholders on availability and lead times
  • Provide regular updates on delivery status, delays or potential issues
  • Coordinate and prepare spare parts kits for planned maintenance activities
  • Support forecasting and demand planning activities
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be organised, accountable and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You will demonstrate:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in spare parts, logistics, service coordination or sales support
  • Previous exposure to ERP systems
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Understanding of supply chain processes (highly regarded)
