The Firm A commercial law firm in Perth is seeking a Solicitor to join their team working across Governance, Regulatory, IP Sales & Purchase.
The Role
Support the delivery of high-quality legal services by managing allocated matters and tasks under supervision
Develop legal judgement, client management skills, and professional confidence
Engage directly with clients, providing assistance and maintaining strong relationships
Conduct legal research to support casework and advise senior lawyers
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and other matter-related materials
Assist with the day-to-day management of matters within defined guidelines
Ensure all work is completed in line with the firm’s values, processes, and professional obligations
The Candidate
Qualified WA Solicitor
Experience with legal research and drafting of legal documents or correspondence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and colleagues
Good organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work within defined guidelines
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in line with the firm’s values, processes, and professional obligations
