About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised Site Administrator to join a dynamic construction team in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy site office while contributing to project efficiency and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their career in the construction industry within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls
- Coordinate site administration including inductions, sign-ins, and data entry
- Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and records
- Assist with ordering site supplies, PPE, and managing office inventory
- Support cost control processes including site orders and record keeping
- Prepare and collate timesheets and assist with payroll-related admin
- Support WHSE compliance activities and site safety documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the wider site team
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced site environment
- White Card (required)
