About the role
As a Senior Regulatory Officer, you will play a key role in monitoring compliance, leading regulatory initiatives, and supporting improved outcomes across justice and community service environments. This position offers the opportunity to undertake complex investigations, provide strategic advice, and contribute to initiatives that drive compliance, accountability and continuous improvement.
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a regulatory, compliance, investigation or oversight environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and identify practical solutions.
- Experience preparing detailed reports, briefings and recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build collaborative working relationships.
- Proven ability to manage projects, competing priorities and sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, regulatory practice or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
