About the role
This role is designed to enhance employee relations and business partnering capabilities within the organisation. The Senior Manager will oversee complex case management, focusing on grievances and complaints, while also contributing to the development of a proactive business partnering model. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee relations framework and will be instrumental in navigating governance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances and complaints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the business partnering function
- Support the implementation of the complaints and grievance platform, ensuring effective triage and resolution
- Provide strategic advice on industrial relations matters and contribute to policy development
- Lead a team of employee advisors, fostering a collaborative approach to case management.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in employee relations and business partnering within a public sector or similar environment
- Strong capability in managing complex case management processes and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice on industrial relations matters and navigate governance frameworks.
