About the role
The Senior Glazier will be responsible for overseeing glazing projects, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of glaziers. This role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee glazing projects from inception to completion
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Manage and mentor a team of glaziers
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare project documentation and reports
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in glazing and with 3+ years worth of experience
- Strong capability in quality assurance and safety compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Full driving license
