About the role
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the organisation's financial health. You will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and performance
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in financial management within the fintech sector
  • Strong capability in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
