This is not a role where you’re just pushing numbers, you’ll be across the commercial engine of the business. Managing two direct reports, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and month-end
- Managing contract revenue, ensuring alignment with commercial terms
- Full visibility over labour costs, resourcing decisions and margin performance
Ideally, you will be CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong background in management accounting and business partnering within a sizeable organisation. You’re confident, commercially switched on, have some leadership experience, and able to hold your own with senior stakeholders. Budgeting, forecasting and analysis should be second nature.
