Adding to their workers compensation (defendant) practice at both Senior Associate and / or Special Counsel level, you will work on a diverse range of workers compensation matters with clients from insurers, employers and government.
- Managing files and advising clients across multiple industries
- Drafting court documents, correspondence, and legal advice
- Attending hearings and client liaison
- Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex litigation
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Ideally you will bring:
- 5+ years post-admission experience in defendant Workers Compensation
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to high performance
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
