Senior Associate - Property

An established and rapidly growing firm in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate in Property. This firm operates across various sectors, including M&A, litigation, corporate and commercial property, and private clients. The role offers a chance to work on a strong pipeline of quality matters, appealing to those looking to transition from high-pressure environments.
In this newly created position, you will represent developers, landlords, and tenants in commercial and retail leasing, while also managing acquisitions across commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Your responsibilities will extend to advising on development matters, including title issues, easements, covenants, and disputes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in property law, particularly in NSW and other states. Strong expertise in managing property acquisitions and transactions, including off-the-plan sales, is essential. Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders are required.
