About the role
The Senior Analyst will engage directly in performance audits that inform Parliament and the Victorian community on the effectiveness of public sector organisations. This role involves planning, delivering, and ensuring the quality of performance audits, transforming complex data into clear findings that withstand parliamentary scrutiny.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance audits with a focus on quality assurance.
- Analyse data to produce evidence-based reports for parliamentary review.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in performance auditing or related analytical roles.
- Strong capability in data analysis and report writing, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
