About the role
The Senior Advisor, Organisational Development and Inclusion is responsible for designing and delivering innovative organisational development solutions that enhance leadership capability and team effectiveness. This role is integral to advancing the organisation's diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives, collaborating with various stakeholders to diagnose needs and implement impactful interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and Employee Led Networks to drive key diversity initiatives and advocacy efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement DEI Action Plans, including the Gender Equality Action Plan and Disability, Access and Inclusion Action Plan
- Oversee the delivery of the Gender Pay Audit 2025 and related reporting requirements.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and coach across various levels
- Strong capability in data storytelling and evaluation, with an evidence-based approach to diagnostics
- Demonstrated ability to apply contemporary DEI principles in leadership and team development, ensuring inclusivity and psychological safety.
