About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the executive office runs smoothly. You will manage competing priorities, coordinate calendars and meetings, prepare documents and provide proactive administrative support to senior leaders.
This role will suit someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel and events
- Coordinate emails, calls, correspondence and competing priorities
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations and business documents
- Provide proactive administrative support to senior executives and their teams
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and discreetly
- Provide broader administrative support across the team as required.
About You
You will be an experienced senior administrator or executive support professional who enjoys being the person others can rely on. You will bring:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working with confidential information and senior stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office and systems skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
