Are you an organised and proactive scheduling coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? people2people are partnering with an established trades and maintenance business seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team in Bulimba. This is a pivotal position responsible for coordinating jobs, supporting project delivery and ensuring exceptional service to clients across a variety of maintenance and trade disciplines. About the Role
Supporting the deliver team you will be working closely with the Scheduling Team Leader, tradespeople and suppliers, and responsible for coordinating daily schedules and supporting the successful delivery of maintenance and project works.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule jobs across multiple trade divisions to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage daily workloads, balancing planned maintenance, reactive works and urgent requests
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, property managers, tradespeople and internal stakeholders
  • Respond to scheduling changes, urgent works and emergency call-outs as required
  • Maintain accurate job, scheduling and project information within internal management systems
  • Responsible for job costing, quote management, material racking and progress invoices
  • Support resource coordination and project administration.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. You'll ideally bring:
  • Previous experience in a scheduling, service coordination, project support or similar operational role
  • Experience using simPRO or a similar job management system
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry capabilities
  • Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
