About the role
The Sales Support Team Member plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales team. This position involves engaging with customers through various channels and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Support customers seeking fit-out solutions
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Conduct data entry and manage ERP administration
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team
- Manage customer service enquiries
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
- Strong capability in ERP systems, with Business Central Dynamics preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong data entry accuracy and basic arithmetic skills
