People2people are excited to be partnering with an established Australian owned, nationally recognised business operating in a highly regulated technical industry to source an experienced Sales Rep for their growing business. Known for quality, compliance and innovation, the organisation partners with major clients across commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors to deliver specialist solutions.
The opportunity
This is a true business development role with full ownership of a defined territory – reporting to the national Sales Manager, you will have accountability for driving revenue growth through a mix of both farming and hunting activities. Focus is on building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into consistent sales. You will be working with a diverse range of both internal and external stakeholders while actively identifying opportunities.
Selection criteria
- Proven success in B2B external sales / business development roles
- Experience in technical, trade-related or highly regulated industries is advantageous
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
