About the Role
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing quotations, order confirmations, administration, and customer liaison. You will ensure all documentation is accurate, technically validated, and aligned with customer requirements, while supporting the broader team to meet operational milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the central liaison between customers and the internal team to clarify needs and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Translate customer requirements into clear and accurate quotations or order confirmations.
- Prepare and manage quotations, order confirmations, invoicing, and all associated administration.
- Create, process, and close cases and work orders.
- Work in accordance with sales process milestones and ensure compliance throughout.
- Provide accurate input for order engineering activities.
- Monitor scope or cost deviations during the order process and take appropriate action in line with pre- and post-calculation responsibilities.
About You
- Certificate or degree in Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of finance and quoting processes coupled with strong customer service and admin skills.
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Available ASAP.
