The opportunity
Reporting to the Community Aged Care leadership team, you will coordinate workforce rostering and scheduling to support the smooth delivery of services. Managing rosters, compliance, employee records and payroll administration, you will play a key role in connecting frontline employees, clients and leaders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Selection Criteria
- Rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination experience
- Experience within aged care, healthcare, disability or community services highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using rostering or workforce management systems
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award, compliance or payroll processes is advantageous
