About the role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with customers, driving sales through exceptional service and tailored product recommendations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and converting inquiries into sales. You will work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, contributing significantly to the store's performance.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs
- Provide tailored recommendations for products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge to inform customer interactions
- Assist in store merchandising and inventory management
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a similar environment
- Strong capability in customer engagement and relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
