About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, particularly in selecting the right products to suit their individual needs. You will provide expert advice, build strong customer relationships, and ensure every customer leaves with complete confidence in their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service within a retail environment
- Assist customers throughout their buying journey, offering tailored recommendations
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations
- Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Support customers with any queries or after-sales needs
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals
What We Offer
$33.19 per hour + commission structure. Part-time hours: 10–15 hours per week, with occasional increases up to 20 hours. Comprehensive training provided – no prior industry experience required.
