- Process, investigate, and track retail claims from receipt through to resolution, ensuring service levels are met.
- Reconcile accounts, maintain accurate records, and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage outstanding Return Authorisations (RAs), including retailer communications, status updates, and action plans to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Coordinate with retailers, logistics providers, customer service teams, and warehouses to ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding RAs.
- Produce daily ageing and outstanding reports, proactively identifying risks and driving claim closure.
- Investigate and resolve wrong stock returns, liaising with relevant stakeholders to facilitate reallocation or returns.
- Support the end-to-end local scrapping process while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain reporting masterfiles and provide administrative and reporting support to Team Leaders and senior management.
- Assist with complex claims scenarios, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar operational support role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to prepare reports and analyse data.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
