About the role
The Response Dispatch Officer plays a pivotal role in managing reports from the public, making quick decisions regarding regulatory actions. This position requires a proactive approach to triage reports effectively, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. The role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while receiving comprehensive training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Triage reports from the public efficiently
- Assess urgency and determine the necessary regulatory actions
- Review reports through the CRM system and follow established protocols
- Maintain effective communication with reporters and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in managing customer service inquiries and reports
- Strong capability in analysing data and making informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when necessary
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a regulatory or environmental context.
