The organisation seeks a Remuneration & Benefits Lead to drive strategic initiatives in a standalone capacity. This role is critical in managing the transformation of remuneration frameworks and aligning them with the organisation's objectives. You will report directly to senior leadership, providing you with a unique opportunity to influence key decisions.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of remuneration strategies
Conduct comprehensive remuneration reviews and analysis
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align remuneration with organisational goals
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines
Oversee the management of peer contracts, prioritising transformation initiatives.
Skills & experience
Proven experience in remuneration and benefits management
Strong capability in conducting remuneration reviews and implementing methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work with complex contracts and compliance frameworks
Experience with Vic Gov and peer contracts is advantageous
Familiarity with Mercer methodologies or similar frameworks.
