Remuneration & Benefits Lead

About the role
The organisation seeks a Remuneration & Benefits Lead to drive strategic initiatives in a standalone capacity. This role is critical in managing the transformation of remuneration frameworks and aligning them with the organisation's objectives. You will report directly to senior leadership, providing you with a unique opportunity to influence key decisions.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of remuneration strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive remuneration reviews and analysis
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align remuneration with organisational goals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines
  • Oversee the management of peer contracts, prioritising transformation initiatives.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in remuneration and benefits management
  • Strong capability in conducting remuneration reviews and implementing methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex contracts and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Vic Gov and peer contracts is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Mercer methodologies or similar frameworks.
