About the role
Two vacancies available to start ASAP - 8 week temp assignment Dandenong location up to $45/hr + super
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will engage in a focused recruitment process for retail sales assistants and warehousing roles. This position offers the chance to work closely with hiring managers, conducting high-volume screening, interviews, and reference checks. You will play a pivotal role in a two-phase project aimed at enhancing recruitment support processes, ensuring a swift fill rate for vacancies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening of candidates to meet recruitment targets
- Facilitate interviews with hiring managers
- Execute specific and targeted searches for store leadership and sales support roles
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to maintain a high fill rate
- Utilise systems such as Employment Hero for efficient recruitment processes.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in retail
- Strong capability in conducting interviews and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Employment Hero preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and compliance.
