Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland CBD team on either the permanent or temporary recruitment side, depending on your background, strengths and interests.
This is a true 360 recruitment role where no two days are the same and you’ll be involved in the following:
- Building relationships with new clients and responding to market opportunities
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and workforce challenges
- Proactively sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn and networking
- Interviewing, coaching and presenting candidates
- Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes end-to-end

We’re open on background, but the key thing we’re looking for is someone commercially savvy with strong New Zealand networks and relationship-building capability.
You may already work in recruitment, or you could come from:
- Account management
- Business development
- Sales or consulting environments
