The opportunity
This is not an entry level recruitment role. It's an exciting opportunity to bring your commercial acumen to the team as a 360 Consultant specialising in accounting and technology recruitment. We're looking for someone who understands commercial conversations, someone who has influencing skills, agility, and is driven to succeed.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle: building and maintaining a quality portfolio of clients and candidates while delivering a profitable, sustainable desk. Yes, a background in recruitment is a nice to have but we're looking for skillset and commercial experience above all.
You may currently be in: Account Management|||Business Development|||Solutions / Service based Sales|||B2B Professional Services|||Industrial or Commercial environments
You know how to: Manage and grow client portfolios|||Identify commercial pain points and tailor solutions|||Influence senior stakeholders|||Navigate longer sales cycles with professionalism and resilience
In this role, you will: Build and manage a portfolio of clients within commercial, and professional sectors|||Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions|||Source, engage and consult with professional level candidates|||Own the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
