People2people are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing organisation to source a Recruitment Advisor to join their established and high performing HR team. With established sites spread across QLD – they continue to grow through acquisition, and they need assistance in coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment activities.
The opportunity
Working closely with the HR team and operational leaders, this role supports the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate attraction through to onboarding. Duties include resume and phone screening, shortlist preparation, interview coordination, compliance management, employment documentation, and onboarding new employees to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Selection criteria
- Recruitment experience gained within an agency or internal talent team
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Hospitality, retail, or related industry experience (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Confidence working with technology, including Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
