About the role
The Recruitment Advisor will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment processes, particularly within the blue collar sector. This position offers the opportunity to lead a direct report while navigating the complexities of talent acquisition in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job specifications
  • Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering their professional development
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within blue-collar sectors
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive recruitment initiatives
