About the role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play an integral role in managing a high volume of requisitions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, driving recruitment initiatives that support the organisation's mission.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Provide expert advice on government recruitment practices
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the public sector
- Strong capability in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders effectively
