We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to support a well established Australian retail organisation operating nationally, working from their head office location. This team supports a large network of retail stores, making the reception function critical to smooth daily operations.
Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming front of house experience and supporting effective communication across the business.
- Managing incoming calls via Teams
- Greeting visitors and coordinating deliveries
- Organising couriers and managing mail
About you:
- Previous reception or customer-facing administrative experience
- Confident communicator with a polished, professional approach
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
Details:
- $37 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- One week assignment commencing Monday 27 April
