About the role
The Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality assurance processes within the organisation. This position involves managing the quality department, reviewing policies, and ensuring compliance with TEQSA accreditation requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of quality frameworks, supporting the organisation's commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage the quality department and ensure adherence to accreditation standards
  • Review and develop policies and procedures to enhance quality assurance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement quality frameworks
  • Monitor compliance with TEQSA and CRICOS registration requirements
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in quality management within the education sector
  • Strong capability in course accreditation processes with TEQSA
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compliance with CRICOS requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving quality outcomes
