About the role
The Quality Governance Manager will play a pivotal role in the re-registration project with TEQSA. This position requires expertise in identifying compliance gaps, conducting risk assessments, and aligning practices with the 2018 code and ESOS requirements. The role is essential for ensuring the organisation meets regulatory standards and maintains its accreditation.
Key responsibilities
  • Identify and address compliance gaps in alignment with TEQSA requirements
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to enhance governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align practices with the 2018 code and ESOS standards
  • Lead initiatives to prepare for audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Provide guidance and support to the team during the re-registration process
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in quality governance and compliance within the education sector
  • Strong capability in risk assessment and regulatory alignment, specifically with TEQSA and ESOS
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and engage effectively with stakeholders
