Lead Property Operations Across a Diverse South Australian Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations across a significant multi-site property portfolio throughout South Australia.
Reporting to the General Manager Property, you will provide leadership to a team of Senior Property Services Officers and oversee the delivery of maintenance programs, contractor management, compliance obligations, capital works support, and operational property services.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex and varied portfolio, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support property and maintenance teams across multiple sites
- Oversee planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance programs
- Manage contractor performance, budgets, resources, and service delivery outcomes
- Ensure compliance with legislative, building, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive operational improvements and best-practice facilities management initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders to achieve property and maintenance objectives
- Support property-related projects and capital works initiatives.

You'll bring:
- Experience leading property, facilities, maintenance, or building services teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance, asset management, and building maintenance
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Relevant trade, facilities management, property, construction, or related experience
- Current South Australian Driver's Licence.
