About the role
Join a pivotal role as a Project Manager within the People & Safety team, leading a 12-month Safety Uplift program. This standalone position will report directly to the General Manager People & Safety, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's safety initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive project outcomes for the Safety Uplift program
- Coordinate project governance, including meetings and risk management
- Provide reporting and status updates to various stakeholders, including the Committee and Board
- Liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Executives
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in project management within People or Transformation environments
- Strong capability to identify risks and influence stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and understand urgency
