Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
This is a permanent, full-time Project Coordinator role based in Wellington, supporting a busy Project Delivery and Change team. You will work closely with 2 to 3 Project Managers across a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring project meetings, documentation, reporting and follow-ups run smoothly.
This role suits someone with 2 to 3 years’ project coordination experience who is keen to build depth across delivery and develop toward a future Project Manager role.

You’re organised, proactive and confident working independently. You enjoy juggling priorities, building relationships across the business and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment. You’re practical, curious and bring a good sense of humour to your work.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience required
- Between 2 and 3 years’ experience coordinating multiple technology projects concurrently
- Proven ability to support several Project Managers at once
- Strong documentation skills including status reports, governance papers, risk registers, agendas and action logs
- Solid financial administration experience including invoices, tracking and budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools
