About the role
The People Services Business Partner role has been established to support recent project wins and the expansion of the team. This position will involve engaging with various business areas to facilitate workforce planning and provide first-level support for people-related issues. The role will focus on recruitment, particularly within the education sector, with a preference for candidates experienced in higher education recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business areas to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Provide guidance and support on people issues, contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Oversee reporting requirements for the public sector, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong focus on recruitment
- Strong capability in workforce planning and people management
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders effectively and manage recruitment processes.
