Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a genuine HR Business Partner role supporting frontline leaders across a large, fast-paced operational environment. You’ll manage ER matters end-to-end, support organisational change and embed key people initiatives across the business.
- Partnering with leaders on day to day people and workforce matters
- Managing low to high risk ER cases (conduct, performance, grievances)
- Coaching leaders through complex and sensitive conversations
- Supporting organisational change and workforce decisions
- Using people data to improve engagement, retention and performance
- Building strong on site relationships across the project
About you:
- Proven HRBP/People Partner experience within a complex environment
- Strong ER case management capability
- Confident influencing and coaching leaders
- Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Project, construction or operational experience highly regarded but not essential
